Terms and Conditions

Turn Around Time (TAT) & Shipping 

TAT is 10-14 business days. This does NOT include weekends or holidays. TAT starts the day after we receive payment.  Once the package has left our hands and in USPS care, it is no longer in our control. We will do everything we can to help if something goes wrong, but we cannot control the USPS or their website updates on packages. 

 

Refunds

We do not give refunds due to every product being handmade. If there is a problem with the product because of a mistake on our end, we will offer replacement or shop credit once the product is returned. 

 

Real-Time Sale (RTS)

These are products on hand and ready to ship within 2-3 business days. 

 

Preorder Sales

If something is marked as a preorder, the TAT is extended, due to us having to wait for product from another business. And remember, we have to take their TAT into consideration as well. 

If you place an order combining something that’s RTS and something that’s marked as a preorder, your order will be held until the preorder items come in and are completed.
