Shipping Policy

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $5.00

We ship all orders via USPS. Once the orders are shipped, they are out of our hands and we do not have any additional information on the tracking. Shipping charges are not covered under Route, nor can we refund the shipping if your order is lost in transit / delivered. 

What if my package is lost/stuck in transit? 

I know that this situation can be very scary and the best thing to do is to reach out to USPS. You can file a missing mail claim on the USPS website and USPS will help you from there. Once a package leaves us and USPS has scanned it, we are no longer responsible to what happens to that package as it is out of our control.
